This year, I was planning on just releasing 4 books. Missing Through Time, Escaping Her Past, Fairytale's Beginnings, and Alien Taskforce. I'm editing Fairytale's Beginnings and writing Alien Taskforce now. That means I have a whole lot of time to write more books. I decided to toss in another book to publish this year.
Hidden Agenda is a thriller. I haven't decided what the subgenre will be. I guess that will come when it's written. The cover is ready to go. I had help with my subscribers and followers on Instagram to pick the final cover. Thank you, by the way!
It is about a virus that seems to come out of nowhere. It was inspired by Covid. I will change my virus for the story, but the idea will be the same. In my story, it is a conspiracy and a group of people stands up against the government. That's what I have for the story so far. I'm not sure how much of the idea will remain. I write at the seat of my pants and don't really plan my stories. That's how twists are born! I love twists! I am in so much awe of my characters because they surprise me all the time! It pays to live in the clouds lol.
Once that book is written, I'll be writing A Mother's Pain but it won't be released until next year. By having my books written so quickly, I have more time to slow down and focus on the editing which makes the books so much better! Then I have more time for the Beta Readers and that's important. These things can't be rushed. And while I'm not rushing the writing process--it seems to go so much faster than it used to be lol. I'm getting more into the process than I used to, and the stories are just flowing. I'm loving that!!
