First in a Series (as seen on IG/FB)

Peterson Estate has 7 books, all available. The Fairytale Adventures has 5 books, all available. The Adventures in the Milky Way will have 4. The Hauntings will have 4. The Identity Collection (can also be standalone!) will have 4. The Bureau Legacy will have 4. The Ghost Detective will have 5. Tales of the Aridaan Galaxy will have 4. Fairytale Nightmare (title will change) will have 4. Holiday Mysteries will have up to 5. Warrior's Bride will have 3. The Time Pixie will have 4. The Terror Pack will have 4, I think. And the Bloodline Curse only had 2, so I don't really consider it a series lol.

Of all of the series I've written or will write, I only have one that can be read as standalones--that's the Identity Collection. Those books are Stolen, Mistaken, Forgotten, and Switched. So, you can really start at any of them. The books have one thing in common, twins. I also carried one or two characters over to the next book. But not the same characters lol. Other than that, they don't really connect which is why each book can be read by itself. I did that on purpose, making that series different from all the others. I am very proud of that fact!

When I first started publishing my series, I didn't quite know how to manage the books within the series. That's why Peterson Estate is published under the series name instead of the book's name. Peterson Estate 1, Peterson Estate 2, etc. I learned from that mistake with the rest. It's all about growth in this business and I've been growing big time.

Actually, thinking about it, the Hauntings will be standalones too. Each book is about a different haunted location. The Buried House is about a house that is buried. I know what you're thinking, how do you bury a house? I know, seems farfetched, right? Well, a lot of fiction stories can be farfetched. I remember watching a movie that broke every rule of time travel but yet it was a good movie. I mean, how is it possible that you're your mother, father, yourself, and the bad guy? Doesn't seem logical. But yet the writers made it feel logical and real. While arguing with the movie the whole way through, I also got into it. I can't remember the title but I'd know it if I saw it lol. And the Tales of the Aridaan Galaxy is about each of the characters, so those books will be different as well. So, three of my series are different, not the one. Sorry. Not sorry.

The rest of my series work together. And they each continue on from where the last books leaves you, so most of my series are one long story that is broken down into smaller stories. Which I think series are. Of course, that isn't always the case. I remember reading Metamorphs and that series wasn't like that. It was a different story each time that involved children who had alien technology. I was so mad when I couldn't finish that series. The library removed the series from their shelves because it was an old series. I didn't know that when I started reading it and we were at a shelter so I only had access to the first few books.

So as of today, the first books in the series include...

Peterson Estate-- Birth of A Witch

The Fairytale Adventures-- Fairytale's Truth

World Bureau Legacy-- Murder Through Time

Identity Collection-- Stolen

The Ghost Detective-- A Case of Murder (may change the title)

The Adventures in the Milky Way-- Magical Expansion

The Hauntings-- Buried House

Holiday Mysteries-- Deadly Invite to Dinner

Tales of the Aridaan Galaxy-- John Azula

Fairytale Nightmare (may change)-- Cinder

A Warrior's Bride-- A Warrior's Bride

The Time Pixie-- The Golden Bracelet

The Terror Pack-- Birth of Evil

Bloodline Curse-- Cursed Blood (duo, not quite a series)

This is as of August, 2024. More books may be added to my list of series. I don't know because I can't see the future lol.

Do you like reading series? What's your favorite thing about them? What do you hate about them?
